How to invite friends and earn invite rewards

Find your invite link

Every PodiumBase account has a personal invite link. Open your account page and find the Invite friends card. Copy the link and share it with friends who race. The card also shows how many friends you invited have made a first purchase.

What can earn a reward

When someone you invite makes a qualifying first purchase, you may earn a reward. These count, once per person:

• their first photo purchase
• their first race entry paid through PodiumBase
• their first paid club membership on PodiumBase

They must open your link no more than 30 days before the purchase. If they opened more than one invite link, the first one counts.

Your own purchases, purchases for a race or club you organize, purchases that already use another code or program, and free, complimentary, transferred, deferred or organizer-entered entries do not count. Renewals and later purchases do not count either.

How much you can earn

A reward is 20% of what PodiumBase keeps from the qualifying purchase, after taxes, discounts, refunds, amounts paid to photographers, race organizers and clubs, and payment processing. It is not 20% of the price paid, and it can be zero.

When rewards are paid

A reward stays pending for 30 days after the purchase. For a race entry, it stays pending until 7 days after the race's refund or deferral deadline if that is later. A refund reduces or cancels the reward.

Rewards are paid as money through Stripe, never as PodiumBase credit. You must be 18 or older and set up a Stripe connected account from the Invite friends card. Payouts run once a month when your payable balance is at least $25. A smaller balance carries over.

Privacy

Your account shows totals only, split by category once enough friends have bought. It never shows who made a purchase.
