Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Buyer Self-Service Refund Window

You may request a full refund directly from the Platform within 24 hours of purchase, no questions asked, by visiting your purchases page and clicking ‘Request refund’. Refunds within this window are processed automatically via Stripe and typically arrive in your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

2. After the 24-Hour Window

After 24 hours, refunds may still be issued at our discretion for the following reasons: duplicate purchase of the same photograph; photograph does not match the described event or athlete; technical issue prevented download or use; content quality issue (e.g., severely defective image). To request a post-window refund, contact us via /legal/contact within 14 days of purchase, including your order ID and reason for the request.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. We do not issue Platform credits or alternative payment methods.

4. Race Director and Provider Refunds

Refunds initiated by Race Directors (administrative refunds) follow the same policies above and are subject to Provider notification.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team, we may suspend your account pending dispute resolution. Most issues can be resolved faster through our refund process.

6. Cancellations

Photo purchases are processed immediately upon payment confirmation. There is no separate cancellation window prior to processing.

7. Stripe Processing

All refunds are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe’s terms. Refund timing depends on your card issuer and is outside the Platform’s control.
