Invite terms

Last revised

There are two ways to bring people to PodiumBase. For individuals, rewards exist only in the creator ambassador program, under its own terms.

1. Two different things

The creator ambassador program is for racers and creators PodiumBase has approved. Ambassadors get a personal code and share link, and rewards apply only under the ambassador program terms, which set out what is rewarded, how attribution works and when rewards are paid.

Personal invites are any other link or message you use to tell someone about PodiumBase. They are welcome, but they earn the person who sends them no money, credit or other reward. Referral arrangements for clubs and race organizers are separate and are governed by their own agreements.

2. Personal invites earn no rewards

PodiumBase does not currently offer rewards for personal invites, including invites that lead to a photo purchase, an event entry or a club membership. No earnings accrue for them, and nothing on PodiumBase should be read as a promise of future earnings. If PodiumBase introduces personal invite rewards, the terms will be published on this page before they take effect.

3. The creator ambassador program

  • Joining requires an application. Every application is reviewed, and PodiumBase decides who is approved.
  • Your code is personal and non-transferable.
  • Rewards, attribution and payout rules are only those in the ambassador program terms.
  • Rewards are paid only through Stripe to a connected account, never as PodiumBase credit. Stripe may ask for identity and tax information before it pays out, and you are responsible for your own taxes.
  • Where an ambassador code comes with a free photo offer for followers, that offer is a promotion from PodiumBase. It is not a sale and earns no reward.

4. Disclose the relationship

If you are an ambassador, say so whenever you share your code, following FTC guidance and the rules of the platform you post on.

5. Fair play

Self-referral, fake accounts, purchases arranged to trigger a reward, paid placement of a code and spam are not allowed. PodiumBase may withhold or reverse rewards that come from them, may remove an ambassador from the program and may turn off rewards for a personal invite link. If you think we got it wrong, contact us through the contact page and we will review it.

6. Privacy

Only invite people you have a reason to contact, and do not share anyone’s personal information without their permission. How PodiumBase handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

PodiumBase may change these terms. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. These terms sit alongside the Terms of Service.
