PodiumBase ambassador program
Ambassador terms.
The plain-language version. By applying you agree to these.
1Who can join
Racers and creators with an engaged audience, or who know race directors. Every application is reviewed. Acceptance is at PodiumBase's discretion, and approval isn't guaranteed.
2Your code
On approval you get a personal referral code and share link. It's yours, it's non-transferable, and you may not buy placement for it or pass it to a reseller.
3What you earn
- Race directors: $150. A one-time bonus for each race director you bring, paid once that director's first event on PodiumBase clears 10 paid photo sales or $300 in photo sales, whichever comes first. One bonus per race director.
- Photos: 15% of net. You earn 15% of the net on every photo purchased through your code.
- Run clubs: $100. A one-time bonus for each run club you bring onto PodiumBase.
All rewards are calculated on net (after the photographer's share and payment fees). Your followers also get one free, watermark-free race photo through your code. That's a marketing offer from PodiumBase and earns no commission (it isn't a sale).
4Attribution
Attribution is first-touch and holds for 90 days from when someone uses your code. A race director or club already credited to another partner can't be re-credited to you. The first valid attribution wins.
5Getting paid
Earnings are paid monthly through Stripe once your balance clears the $25 minimum. You're responsible for your own taxes; we may need tax details before paying out.
6Disclosure
You must follow FTC rules and your platform's policies: mark partnered posts as ads. It keeps you compliant and keeps your audience's trust.
7No exclusivity, no quota
Post when it fits your feed. There's no minimum, no exclusivity, and no penalty for a quiet month.
8Playing fair
Self-referral, fake sign-ups, and self-orchestrated purchases to trigger a bonus are not allowed. Rewards earned through abuse are void, and we may remove you from the program. PodiumBase makes the final call on what counts as a valid activation or sale.
9Changes
We may update these terms or the program, or end your participation, at any time. Legitimately earned rewards already accrued will be honored.
