Your finisher certificate

What it is

A finisher certificate is a personalized record of your race with your time and place. It is created for you automatically once the race results are final.

When it is ready

Certificates are minted after the race director imports results and those results lock, which happens automatically a set time after import. Your finish also needs to be linked to you, so claiming your race is what connects your certificate to your account. You may get an email letting you know it is ready.

Download it

Find your certificate in your account, in your media hub, alongside your race photos. Each race you finished shows a card with a Download certificate button. If you do not see one yet, your results may not be locked or your finish may not be claimed. See Claiming your photos.
