FAQ

Questions race directors ask.

Do I keep control if I stay on my current registration provider?

Yes. Free-or-paid galleries, refunds, transfers, deferrals, financial reporting, and self-service edits all work in external mode. Native registration is optional.

What does the per-event report show?

One screen per event: gallery traffic, athletes matched to photos, photo transactions, outbound registration clicks, and check-ins processed, with CSV export.

How much of a photo sale does the organizer keep?

The event earns 20% of every photo sale. Or run the gallery free, and the photo rail becomes sponsor value instead.
