Getting paid with Stripe

Set up payouts

Go to your payout settings and click Start payout setup. This opens Stripe, where you enter your business and bank details. When you finish, you return to PodiumBase and your status updates to show payouts are enabled, usually within a minute.

Set this up before your first sale. Photos can start selling before payouts are configured, but earnings expire 180 days after they accrue, so connecting early means nothing is left on the table.

When the money arrives

Payouts are managed by Stripe and your bank. Earnings arrive about two to three business days after Stripe issues a payout, and a holiday can add a day. The schedule is set by your bank rather than something you choose in PodiumBase.

Track your earnings

Your payout settings show your current earnings balance and link to a full breakdown. For registration and order-level reporting, your organization admin has a Financials area where you can review gross collected, discounts, refunds, fees, and your net, and export orders to CSV.

If a payout looks wrong or a balance is unclear, ask in the chat and a teammate will look into it with you.
