Adding a sponsor to your event

Onboard a sponsor

From your organization admin, open Sponsors. In the sponsor pool, use Onboard sponsor to add a brand with its name and contact email. You can build one or more packages that describe what a sponsor gets.

You can also send the sponsor a portal link so they can see their placement. Setting up the commercial side of a sponsor package is handled with a teammate rather than a self-serve checkout, so reach out in the chat when you have a brand ready and we will help you set it up.

Grant the sponsor to an event

A sponsor has to be granted to a specific event before it can appear there. In the Sponsors console, use the per-event grants to add the sponsor to the race you want. This is what makes the brand available for tagging on that event's photos.

Tag sponsor logos in photos

Open the event and go to the Tag sponsors tab. You will see your uploaded photos in a review grid. For each photo, pick the sponsor whose logo appears in the frame. Only sponsors you have granted to that event show up as options, so grant the sponsor first if the list is empty. Tags are added on top of each other rather than overwritten, so a correction simply appears as a new tag.
