Applying for Verified Pro

How the Verified Pro application works, what it asks for, and what happens after you submit.

Start your application

Verified Pro is the reviewed tier for photographers. From your photographer account, choose Apply for Pro to open the application. You submit your details for an ID and portfolio review so race directors can see you are a verified shooter.

What happens next

After you submit, your application sits in review. You can check back to see its status. Review usually takes about five to seven days.

The outcome is one of a few states:

  • Approved: you are a Verified Pro and can build a public profile that race directors see.
  • Needs more info: we ask for something else before deciding, with a note on what is missing.
  • Not approved this time: you get a reason and, where it applies, a window to reapply.

Why Pro helps

As a Verified Pro you get visible attribution on every photo, bib and face matching, a priority moderation queue, and access to be assigned by race directors. To compare the tiers before you apply, see Choosing your photographer tier.
